2. Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Nepal Can Move Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days)

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We offer free shipping all over Nepal on orders over NPR 4,000.

4. International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping for now.

5. Shipment Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

6. Address Accuracy:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays and Exceptions:

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, holidays, courier delays) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Okimono Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Okimono Store. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • The item is returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Returns:

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Items purchased during Sale

Please note that we reserve the right to reject return requests if any tampering or alteration of the original packaging is found.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  3. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase with the return shipment.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

5. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process mentioned in point 3 and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

Should you receive a damaged item, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately upon receiving the order. To process a refund or replacement, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the damaged item. Please note that we reserve the right to reject refund requests if the damage is caused by the result of improper handling or use.
