Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website. Or you can head to order tracking section on our website and put in your order# and email address. 

Currently we do not offer any international shipping option. But that may change in the near future. 

Currently, we accept major wallets like eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay and Fonepay. We also have direct bank transfer option and Cash on Delivery. 

Ordering from our website is easy! Simply follow these steps:

3. Review the items in your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
4. Enter your shipping information and payment details.
5. Review your order one last time and click “Place Order.”

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement of similar valued goods. Again please check our refund policy if you want a detailed information. 

Unfortunately, we do not have any plans of expanding our service as a wholesaler. That may, however, change in near future. 

Yes. Items available for pre-orders are marked as “Available for pre-order.” These items, however, will have varying prices according to the international market rates. Check our pre-order policy before placing a pre-order. 

At this time, we do not offer custom-made figurines. However, we regularly update our catalog with new and unique designs.
