Although he made his debut in the late 1960s, Guy Gardner didn’t achieve significant fame until he joined the Justice League International in the mid-1980s. Known for his quick defeat by Batman, lasting just one punch, Gardner became a long-standing member of the team and developed a romantic relationship with fellow hero, Ice. After a dispute with the Green Lantern Corps, Guy took on a yellow power ring to continue his fight against crime. He later uncovered his Vuldarian heritage and transformed into a living weapon known as Warrior, although he lost these powers when Hal Jordan returned and both regained their Green Lantern identities.
